Urgent: Stage 4 Restriction Extension
The safety of our customers and staff is our priority and we will keep you updated as we work through the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and what it means for the Service Department at Chadstone Ford.
Due to the heightened spread of COVID 19 in the Victorian Community the Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC) have enforced that our Service Department closes from 7.08.2020 for non-essential car servicing and scheduled to reopen at the end of October 2020.
Chadstone Ford Service Department will remain CLOSED until further notice for scheduled logbook servicing. .
Safety Recalls & Emergencies:
Chadstone Ford will be open by appointment each Wednesday & Thursday throughout Stage 4 to undertake emergency repair work and urgent safety recalls as prescribed by the manufacturer.
Can we complete a Logbook Service?
Logbook Servicing may only be completed if the primary reason for your appointment booking is due to a safety concern with your vehicle (i.e. Brake noises/performance, Exterior lights not working, Warning lights on dashboard, Windscreen washer or wiper performance, steering or suspension concerns).

Do you have a booking?
We will aim to contact all customers who have a Logbook Service booked between Monday 14th September – Sunday 25th October 2020 to cancel & reschedule for a later date.
